For Buyers
How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or sign in to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status in your account under "My Orders".
What is your return policy?
Return policies vary by vendor. Please check the specific vendor's return policy on their store page or contact them directly for assistance.
For Sellers
How do I start selling?
Click "Start Selling" in the footer, fill out the registration form, and wait for approval. Once approved, you can start listing products.
What are the fees?
We charge a 10% commission on product sales. There are no monthly fees or listing fees.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Once you ship an order, the payment is captured and transferred to your Stripe account within 2-7 business days.
Do I need halal certification?
Yes, all products must either have halal certification from a recognized body or comply with halal standards. You'll need to provide certification documents.
