5. Product Listings and Transactions
5.1 Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their products, including halal certification status, pricing, and availability. All products must comply with halal standards and applicable laws.
5.2 Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information and to complete payment for purchased items. You acknowledge that transactions are between you and the seller.
6. Payment and Fees
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Sellers agree to pay commission fees as outlined in the Seller Agreement. All prices are listed in the seller's currency and may be subject to taxes.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Naqiro Market and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naqiro Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body, rather than in court.
